Details about what information this site gathers, how it's used, and what it deliberately does not do. This policy took effect on September 19, 2026.
The quote tool
The quote form collects six data points: your gender, date of birth, self-assessed health level, nicotine use, desired benefit amount, and preferred term. These answers travel to the carriers' quoting service to retrieve rates and are not retained by this site. Creating a quote doesn't require your name, location, phone, or email. Multiple identical requests may pull from a brief cache to avoid repeated queries to the quoting service.
Applying
Once you move forward with an application, the information you entered is used to populate a secure application managed by the carriers' platform. You'll then follow that platform's own privacy guidelines. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurance firm (License 0B75129), oversees the application.
The contact form
Your name, email address, optional phone number, preferred communication method, reason for contact, and message are requested by the contact form. It reaches the agency by email, with your email as the return address. This site retains no message records, no submission database, and no content logging. A brief anti-spam verification runs in your browser before transmission.
Measurement
Our website measures page views using privacy-respecting, first-party analytics hosted on our domain. We don't place cookies or other persistent identifiers; a portion of your IP address is obscured before storage; referrer information with query parameters is stripped; and server logs are purged after three months. Visitors who have Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control activated aren't tracked.
What we do not do
This site does not engage in selling or sharing personal data, does not use ad-tracking technology, and does not run third-party analytics programs. The sole third-party element is the carriers' application interface on the application page, which loads only when you navigate there.
